Ashleigh is an Associate Director at The KraftHeinz Company. She oversees strategy, innovation and communications development for the Frozen Foods business. Prior to her current role, Ashleigh was the head of the Culinary Sauces Brand Building Team where she led new product and communications development for the pasta and ethnic sauce segments. She has also worked on the Category and Brand Teams for the Heinz business where she helped to redefine the portfolio’s health and wellness strategy, establish the brand into new categories, and revitalize brand relevance with consumers. Ashleigh joined KHC after graduating from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she received her MBA.
Prior to KHC, Ashleigh worked in a start-up nonprofit organization that created pipelines of talented underrepresented minorities in NYC. There she led strategic programs, marketing and fundraising.
In 2007, Ashleigh graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Journalism from Oklahoma State University.
