Asha is currently a member of the Total Rewards group at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) where she consults on executive, global and broad based compensation programs across the company. She joined BMS through their Human Resource Leadership Development rotational program and has a proven record of delivering results to business units in and outside of the United States. In her five years at BMS, Asha has established herself as a leader in people strategy, building expertise in change management, total rewards and leadership development. As a leader in diversity and inclusion, Asha has implemented and consulted on strategies focused on attracting, engaging and developing talented individuals from all backgrounds, including people of color, women and millennials. She also successfully launched a global employee services platform in European markets, which included establishing best practices that were leveraged for launches in other markets.
As a Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations alum, Asha enjoys mentoring undergraduate and graduate students. Her passion for connecting people with the tools necessary for personal and professional fulfillment is the motivation behind everything she does. As a founding member of the Female Collaborative's Advisory Board, she will continue to encourage individuals to define and achieve success on their own terms.
